If you could only pick one training option to better yourself as a player… this is it! Treadmill shooting at The LumberYard is a fun and challenging way to improve endurance and increase shot speed, strength and accuracy. Treadmill shooting uses the On Target system for immediate feedback and allows a player to see their improvement. Shooting on the treadmill forces a player to use a quick release and shoot in stride. While improving their shot a player will increase strength in their legs and core as well! Shoot 5000 pucks and enter into the Warrior Shot Club. Making it in the club will earn you a Warrior stick of your choice, picture on the wall and a commemorative puck! 33 sessions will make 5000 shots!

After registration, your Ngin account will receive Dibs Credits to claim the days you want to train. Days and times will vary, check the Treadmill Training Schedule to choose your time.
